Been trying to make a service appointment all morning. No answers, and then an answer and I can hear cars being worked on. Getting really pissed off. I live closer to the one near Deer Park Road, but go out to Commack because the service stunk. Now this service stinks. What car to get next? Not one from either of these two places. B
I went into this dealership yesterday for the first time and got to work with Bob Kravetz and Rich Correa and I honestly never want to deal with anyone except them ever again. They got me into exactly what I wanted. They were both very pleasant to work with and made the whole process quick and painless. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys for everything! I love my new truck!
You can FIRE the LOSER Dave Daniels, I bought my Jeep Renegade last year from this scumbag, he sold me a jeep with a scratch and said oh just come back after you need an oil change and we will fix it for you, even gave me a we owe you but when I asked he just kept lying and pushing me off and then eventually stopped replying. I am seriously thinking of hiring a lawyer and suing you for everything. YOU ARE THE WORST AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE DO NOT WORRY!
This is the third car we have bought from them. Ed is the reason we kept coming back. Even after all the years he remembers us by name when we walk in. He cares about his customers and is extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles.
I was very frustrated with the service at another Jeep dealer and on a whim switched to Huntington. World of difference in service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. No surprises ever and I never feel like I am being pushed into something I don’t need. They always make sure I know and understand what is being done. Would recommend and have to everyone. 5 stars from me!
