James was awesome and diligent. Was able to save me nearly $12k on my auto insurance annually and also get me way better coverages. Ignorance is bliss is definitely not worth it because when he explained the type of coverage I was paying for, it was definitely me being taken advantage of and I would be on the losing end big time.
