Learn to ask for help, There are people out there willing to help THERE IS NOTHING IMPOSSIBOLE FOR GOD He is omnipresent (EVERYHWERE) He is omnipotent ( all KNOWING)\ HE IS OMNIPOTENT (ALL POWERFUL) so look for him because he will never ever let you down. He will not let you drown. He will not sit there and watch you choke on your own tears. He loves you and shows you everyday

The handwritten note describes a distressing hospital experience on Sunday Feb 15th at 6:08 pm the writer claims three injections were forced into the buttock against their own will. On the 5th floor in the psych unit Nurse Kat and Nurse ___ i cant remember her name it was a beautiful white lady i could point her out in a second.
