rats in the laundry rooms, black mold in the bathroom that is painted over, and a roach infestation I absolutely do NOT recommend this property. Within two months of moving in, we experienced a major water leak from the unit next door that flooded our apartment, forcing us to leave. They promised to cover an extended stay hotel and prorate our rent while they made repairs, which took 6 weeks. I’ve been here a year, it’s quiet, neighbors are quiet for the most part, there’s the occasional dog that barks for a while and won’t stop but that is occasional. I work nights and come home late and see homeless people inside the courtyard by the pool sleeping, or standing around. My car has been rummaged thru twice! Both times taking the gate clicker (50 dollar replacement fyi) the office provided me a second one as a courtesy and then it happened again. I lived here for 18 months... moved away for 6... and now am moving back the Huntington Highlander! Can't wait to have a fresh start for my daughter and I !!!!! great place that's why i'm moving back. Also so close to the freeway entrance which is a perk for my business.
Very crean and quiet. Management is awesome and very nice.
Lived here for two years great apartments great laundry rooms great neighbors and great main range and management. They are all very friendly here and there are little vending machines little outdoor lounging areas and more. It’s very local to everything as well. Although it would be nice for them to change the pet policy other than that’s evrything is great.
