I should’ve listen to the bad reviews, they are right and they will scam you
I would not recommend renting here, it’s about 50% government subsidized housing and all the problems that come with it. They operate like a storage unit- when my lease was up they hiked my rent 9%, while still advertising the same floor plan apartment on Zillow and Redfin for $200 less than the offer on my new lease- meaning they value tenant turnover more than keeping long term tenants, they do not care about tenant satisfaction at all as this location most likely generates most of its revenue for the company by creating t... read more
I am writing to formally document a series of troubling events that have taken place in just the two months I have been living in this complex. To date, I have experienced the theft of four packages, stolen directly from my apartment door. In addition, several pieces of clothing were taken from the shared laundry room, and just this past weekend, a grocery bag was stolen after I left it outside for only a few minutes.
