I would not recommend renting here, it’s about 50% government subsidized housing and all the problems that come with it. They operate like a storage unit- when my lease was up they hiked my rent 9%, while still advertising the same floor plan apartment on Zillow and Redfin for $200 less than the offer on my new lease- meaning they value tenant turnover more than keeping long term tenants, they do not care about tenant satisfaction at all as this location most likely generates most of its revenue for the company by creating t... read more
I am writing to formally document a series of troubling events that have taken place in just the two months I have been living in this complex. To date, I have experienced the theft of four packages, stolen directly from my apartment door. In addition, several pieces of clothing were taken from the shared laundry room, and just this past weekend, a grocery bag was stolen after I left it outside for only a few minutes. rats in the laundry rooms, black mold in the bathroom that is painted over, and a roach infestation I absolutely do NOT recommend this property. Within two months of moving in, we experienced a major water leak from the unit next door that flooded our apartment, forcing us to leave. They promised to cover an extended stay hotel and prorate our rent while they made repairs, which took 6 weeks. I’ve been here a year, it’s quiet, neighbors are quiet for the most part, there’s the occasional dog that barks for a while and won’t stop but that is occasional. I work nights and come home late and see homeless people inside the courtyard by the pool sleeping, or standing around. My car has been rummaged thru twice! Both times taking the gate clicker (50 dollar replacement fyi) the office provided me a second one as a courtesy and then it happened again.
