I applied for an apartment here and paid the $200 application fee. The next day they told me the system had an error and it shouldn’t have allowed me to apply, so we didn’t get the apartment. They told me I would get a refund sent to me by check. It’s been about two months already and I haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted them multiple times and they keep telling me to wait another week. It doesn’t take two months to send a check or issue a refund.
May 21, 2026 UPDATE I continue to be happy here @ Huntington Glen Apts. in Kentwood MI. Holly, Dustin and Jana are very responsive and dedicated to the well-being of the residents here. Along with the Maintenance team headed by Zeljko (Mark, Theo, & Tyler), everyone has a great attitude and really cares about us! I lived at this apartment for over two years and I would not recommend it. The office has no time or want to help anyone out. Holly is the manager and she is rude and immature. She laughed with an attitude when questions were asked about missing mail. Do not live here.
This community is in a great location! Where else can you be 5 minutes from the mall but not on 28th Street. Staff is super friendly too! The atmosphere in the office felt very welcoming.
