Great property. Office and maintenance staff are very considerate and helpful. I’m a contractor that has worked at this property and many others in the area for years, and Monarch properties are best to work for.
I toured the property, lived there for a bit, and had to move out due to other life factors .. It was quite nice. Quality and beautifully quiet, even though it is in the city. (: 10/10 would recommend
