WHEN I SAY BELIEVE EVERY COMMENT YOU READ PLEASE DO! The reviews are true! This is the worst apartment complex in history! The apartment staff is HORRIBLE AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I have witnessed this lady be rude and disgusting to tenants and she’s that way because that’s just how she look! DO NOT MOVE HERE. First they lied about what Apt I was getting I was expecting 3rd floor with fireplace but they put me on the 1st floor. Then 2nd Month of me staying there we had a leak where they put a HUGE hole in the wall and NEVER FIXED IT. I’m now 8 months in and I have no air for weeks now I keep calling and going to office they keep saying it will be fixed by the end of the day My apt is now over 85 degrees I been calling everyday about my wall and air
They towed my vehicle while on military orders for expired tags three days after expiration, the ones which they gave me after I told them I would extend the lease for my time that I am gone. Worse yet the car was parked on the visitor side of the lot. There is a ton of other issues that more fall under you get what you pay for, cheap housing, safety concerns, health concerns. but the predatory seizure of property set me over the edge on this.
THE WORST!!! I was told I had to sign my lease first and then I could receive my keys. I regret making that decision my apartment was NOWHERE ready to move in. From roach infestation to blood stains on my walls, kitchen pantry’s were still really dirty and had food from the previous tenant. Stove was disgusting, wall plugs all out, a leak on my roof, electrical issues that weren’t fixed immediately. Everything about this property is the worst if I could put 0 starts I would.
