PEOPLE THERE DO NOTHING BUT START DRAMA AND GOSSIP NOT ALLOWED THE MAINTENANCE GET DONE CUZ THERE'S ONLY ONE MAINTENANCE WELL HOPEFULLY WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM THAT'S IN THERE NOW THINGS WILL IMPROVE THEY HAVE IT IN THE PAST 5 YEARS GOD BLESS EVERYONE HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY
They DEFINITELY Play FAVORITISM! Just go inside and look at the composition of the residents. And if you wanna apply, they say there’s a Looooong waiting list which’ll take years (8-10) so you even don’t think about applying! Someone up there : This complex is subsidized by the Government and the State’s money, They have to be Fair & Just in accepting new residents which they’re Not.
