PEOPLE THERE DO NOTHING BUT START DRAMA AND GOSSIP NOT ALLOWED THE MAINTENANCE GET DONE CUZ THERE'S ONLY ONE MAINTENANCE WELL HOPEFULLY WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM THAT'S IN THERE NOW THINGS WILL IMPROVE THEY HAVE IT IN THE PAST 5 YEARS GOD BLESS EVERYONE HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY
They DEFINITELY Play FAVORITISM! Just go inside and look at the composition of the residents. And if you wanna apply, they say there’s a Looooong waiting list which’ll take years (8-10) so you even don’t think about applying! Someone up there : This complex is subsidized by the Government and the State’s money, They have to be Fair & Just in accepting new residents which they’re Not. Please take notice of this complex This complex management is not doing their job legally and morally. Thank you and God Bless
Nice senior citizen apartment building. My uncle just moved in and, to his surprise, had a beautiful full oceanview! The apartment was very clean, with new paint, new cabinets, quartzite counter tops, hardwood (laminate), flooring, and the bathroom was updated. Majority age 75+
Senior complex. Huge parking problem. Scheduled events last minute cancellation no surprise, among other issues. Otherwise, great locale.
