My family has lived here for 7 years, and as of June 2026, after going through four different managers, they finally hired a team that truly understands customer service. The current manager is professional, polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, solution oriented. Honestly living here wasn’t that bad it was actually pretty nice and I’d probably give it a 4 or 5 stars in terms of living here. Moving out was completely different they’re definitely one of those apartments that will do anything to keep your security deposit which is a shame. Me and my wife moved out and left the apartment very clean probably cleaner than 90% of people do not to mention we moved out a month early and turned in the keys early for them.We had a little shower caddy on the shower wall that when we were moving ... read more
I loveeeee my mom’s apartment! It’s clean, well-maintained, and in a very safe neighborhood. She’s been a resident for the past 3 years, and we couldn’t be happier. I saw a comment from someone complaining about roaches, but what people don’t always mention is how they keep their own apartment. If you leave food out, don’t clean up after yourself, and create the perfect environment for pests, don’t be shocked when pests show up. These apartments are among the worse places that I’ve visited so far!!! The apartments are Old & Outdated, Rent prices keep increasing without any visible signs of improvement, Dog poop is everywhere and to add to insult especially in these Dangerous times we’re facing “ numerous street lights are out and has been reported, months ago and still nothing has been done!!!
