This place has gone downhill, I feel like I'm living in a ghetto. People crank stereo's so loud I can't here my tv with noise cancelling headphones, let alone get some sleep. It's not uncommon for children to scream at the top of their lungs til after midnight. Trash blowing around. Very low quality of life here of late. Better look elsewhere unless you love not sleeping, studying or enjoying a show in your apartment.
I like the apartment and it is reasonably priced. I thought the leasing agents were very helpful and pleasant. I got the apartment that I wanted. My only complaint is how the system changes the rent on a daily basis. I realized though that all the apartment complexes in this area of Indiana have this system. It just seems to rush you into making a decision. I am thankful that the leasing agent informed us of this as my daughter rented another apartment in Crown point and their leasing agent did not inform them of this. So th... read more
