Emily was my representative and she was wonderful. She was gracious and professional as she showed me the property. I did decide to apply and was approved. Yippee! But to be completely honest, the only thing that I did not care for is the chair that is made available for potential renters to sit in; is not excellent. The arm was weak and a half worn off. Maintenance technician was courteous. Fast service and issue was solved.
The cart was removed from the pond, but the plastic bags and trash that are in the pond were not removed...it looks very unappealing and unsanitary, but most importantly, the bags and trash are providing a hazardous environment for the various widelife that live in and around the pond...I also had to lift the shopping cart and place it in the dumpster myself because maintenance did not put it in the dumpster, and the garbage man refused to helped me when I asked him to...I also filed a complaint against the garbage worker wi... read more
