Our family has enjoyed living here over 10 years and have seen just about everything - good and bad. All of us long-time tenants know each other and seen the changes over the years. Bottom line, you get what you pay for and YOU make your home the best it is. The rent here is much cheaper than the surrounding areas despite recent lease renewals with upwards of 8% increases. If you care about you life , please don't live here. No security. Service is poor. We live here , pay the rent every month. In July some one broken in to our APT took everything. The window broken. And take a week to fix it. And they said they are not responsible for the theft , we say ok. Then we said we have to leave .its not save to live here. The manager don't let us leave freely . And if we transfer to their other APT we need to pay the transfer fee. It happens in here. And they are like nothing to do about it to help u... read more

I have had the worst experience usually I NEVER write reviews on anything so that alone tells you how upset I am with the management this complex has! They took 5 days in the SUMMER to fix my ac bc they don't sent anyone out after hours unless it is over 91 degrees outside meaning inside was like 95 degrees and they were rude about it as well!
