I absolutely love the Baylon team, always greeted with a smile and treated like family. I’m not a fan of any dental work and causes anxiety sometimes but the care they give takes all the worries away.

They were so great with my 3 year old daughter! Very friendly and fun, she looks forward to it now and talks about her fun experience when she comes home. Very clean facility, smooth transitions, and experienced dental staff.

They took every precaution to keep us safe. Facilities are clean and sanitized. We were not allowed to come in until they are ready for us. Forms are filled up ahead of time and online. Even the debit card machine are sanitized they change the plastic covering every use. Friendly and approachable.

From the moment you are greeted with great customer service, either over the phone, or in person at the front desk. The Team is always professional, skilled, respectful and kind. Dental Hygienist Terese is SO personable and fun. She made the experience incredibly enjoyable and even recommended a new tooth paste, dental floss, and brushing method. Doctor Meschke is detail-oriented, highly skilled, and conversational.

I have anxieties regarding the dentist and not been to one in six years. They did not make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. Amanda made my cleaning practically pain-free which is hard because I have bony growths, and the most uncomfortable part were the x-rays. Everything was, friendly, efficiently fast, I'm a staff made me feel more calm despite my embarrassment and anxiety. In these Covid days, I appreciated that Linda was so very careful with both of us. Some are not as cautious, but I really am. I appreciate that my feelings were not discounted.
