My two and four year old just had a cleaning and checkup. It was a positive and fun experience because the staff is so kind. My four year old asked 5,000 questions and they were so patient and answered all of them! Another awesome and positive experience for them. They get excited when I tell them we are going to the dentist, seriously. Definitely recommend!
Answered questions about my children's teeth as well as explaining everything they are doing for me. Overall a great experience at the dentist.
My son had the best experience he was nervous before arriving and on our way home he asked when will he be back because it was not scary at all.
Our family have been patients at Baylon Family Dentistry for over 30 years. We have been treated gently by Doctor Christy and Doctor Rick. Yesterday was my first opportunity to be treated by Dr. Teo. I had such a good experience. She was thorough and gentle. I am so glad to know that our family will be able to continue our relationship with the new generation of Baylons and their staff.
Wasted a lot of time waiting in the dental chair between procedure. Even with a discount $600 for an extraction is absurd. $300 is much more reasonable for a discount program. Staff are wonderful very professional. Almost cost prohibitive discount program on their pricing. Fillings are reasonable.
They are fun, patient yet thorough and gentle. They always explain things to my inquisitive lil guy in a way that he totally gets it.
