I went in for a Zoom! Teeth Whitening. The staff, Jessica and Mireya, were really attentive, caring, and funny. They're talkative and made me feel really comfortable and at ease. While I was waiting for Mireya to take me in, I was talking to Jessica and she told me all about teeth whitening: can't have coffee for the next three days, I was stressing! My first visit was the best dental experience I ever had in New York City, Los Angeles, Orange County, or Taiwan...and my uncle is a good dentist. Caring, gentle, clear, unrushed, clean, comfortable, restful, on time, intimate office, no selling, professional. Excellent X-rays. High quality chairs and equipment. Tasty mouthwash and lollipops (sugar-free). Peaceful (no screaming). Beautiful minimalistic-decorated office and staff. Fountain (outside), nice music (inside). I had a dental emergency and needed help asap. I found Oceanic Dental on Yelp.com. They had great reviews and they were open on a Saturday (not just any Saturday, but a Thanksgiving weekend Saturday)! Not only did they get me in quick, they were polite and helpful. I tend to think of myself as a dentist office expert (I have horrible teeth, therefore I have been to tons of dentist offices). Let me tell you this Dentist and her staff are by far the best I have been to! I have found my new dentist!!

This was my second visit to Oceanic Dental, and everyone there was as friendly and competent as the first time, when they did a superb job of cleaning my teeth and checking for problems. This time, from my welcome by Jessica, through additional greetings by Dr. Pham, Victor, and the other staff members, I felt well. . . welcomed! I strongly recommend Oceanic Dental. The office is located right to the pond and you can see the water and fountain which I really love. The staffs are friendly and professional. I'm very please with their work! :)

I have been looking for a dentist to do extensive dental work on my teeth. I found Dr. Krystal Pham on Yelp. After reading all the positive feedbacks on Yelp, I decided to come in for a consultation. On my consultation visit, I was given a comprehensive examination on my teeth, including digital x-rays, pictures, and videos of my teeth. I really felt the teeth cleaning to be very thorough. First, with a laser, then with the instruments by a dental hygenist. She also gave instructions for flossing and brushing different from other instructions I've had before. I feel confident about returning.
