Had a great experience here last week when picking up some simple parts for my Softail Custom. The guys in Parts -- James and Rhino both were super-friendly and spent a good chunk of time talking with me about my ride and the changes on the new bikes, as well as my other non-HD rides. They are very efficient and had me in and out of the Parts Dept in a quick minute, and told me to go check out some bikes and have a seat on any I liked, which of course, I'd take them up on. Ashley ans Lexi were super friendly and helpful.Great suggestions on products to purchase.
"Alan helped me pick out my first ever bike. He answered all my questions and concerns. He also took and sent me the video of me ringing the bell. Loved it! A week later I went in to purchase my riding jacket and Lexy was a sweetheart. She helped me with the purchase and made sure i got the best price. Thank you all at the HD dealership in HB"
