Small bank where you get to know the tellers.
Absolutely horrible. Made me give a star just to leave a review, or I wd have not given even one. How are businesses supposed to conduct business with a bank that's lobby isn't open during scheduled open hours? Everything diverted through drive up. Lines out to the street. It's taking me over 30 minutes of waiting. Tellers are rude and very unskilled. Atrocious experience all around
This branch is horrible. Clearly was in line prior to 5pm and the security guard said their customers don't matter and to try another day. One of the slowest branches and doesn't care about customer service at all. A 30 second transaction and I was trying to give your bank money lol
