The customer service is very unprofessional the guy ( John)at the counter doesn’t allow his customer to talk to understand the concerns and try to resolve the issues instead I myself worked at the bank and I had to ask the questions he should’ve been asking so he could understand but instead he wants to talk over the customers we walked in and said hello to everyone no one greeted us or even said hello to us first if I could convince my granny to move her all money to one bank she thinks it’s gonna be hassle but it would so ... read more
Ever since Huntington Bank became Huntington Bank it’s become a real disappointment. There’s always an excuse for either the bank teller that they can’t either cash a check or something else isn’t an excuse.The banker or manager is not available out to lunch, but never comes back. Don’t open a business account here It’s a waste of time!
