If I could give them zero stars I would. I have several issues with this bank. First, their customer service is reprehensible. Their staff, with the exception of the lady that opened my account their staff is condescending and like to talk down to people, with Cain attempts to belittle people. I have been hung up on numerous times by employees for calling them out on their behavior without using profanity, just for simply asking them to not speak to me in a condescending manner. I must say, I am a little confused by all of the negative reviews I am reading. My experience today was nothing short of exceptional. I was greeted at the door by their security guard, who politely held the door for my son and I, both on our way in and again on our way out. I had a short window to open a new checking account and the banker at the desk was busy with another customer. My man Roger on the teller line got me set up and taken care of with time to spare. Worse customer service ever ran by a bunch of children. Closing this account as soon as possible because of them. Avoid this place at all cost such a joke.
