We requested a bank statement but the representative from this bank refused to send a bank statement to our address on file. Consequently both my son and myself could not check to see if his money was deposited or review the banking activity.

I have been a customer more than 30 years cashed in savings bonds February 2022 it is now February 2023 never received a 1099 all I have gotten is a run around and rudeness !!! What a joke of a company !! Many more issues but this is pretty stressful and a huge problem right now !!! Rarely can you actually talk to an actual person !!!!

This bank has terrible service and no respect for customers . They love to hold your money for you and not let you access it. Money disappears and reappears in your account. And never deposit a check from someone as i did. Now my account is locked and nobody seems to be able to give you a straight answer. They even hold money orders that are deposited.

I deposited a check which they flagged as altered for some reason. Nobody there knows why. The check writers bank doesnt know why. They locked my account. Again nobody can explain anything. I would definitely avoid this bank. They have been nothing but problems since opening an account.

I’ve had Huntington for 18 years and have never had any issues. I am the primary account holder and had my sister on the account as well. My sister recently had a dispute and was told not to put money into the account, as the dispute would be taken care of, which it was. She had overdrafted her account a few times but always took care of it. I went to use my debit card and was declined. IRS refund direct deposited into my checking account and somewhere along the way the routing number gets changed, and the zero gets left off at the beginning of the routing number as well. This has happened for several years and the IRS, blames Huntington and Huntington blames the IRS. I speak to the IRS first and they confirmed that my routing number and account number are positively correct on my tax forms, and that is where they sent my refund. Their credit card reward program did not give me points as it promised. I spoke with customer service several times for 3 weeks about it, but they failed to solve the problem. While the rep recognized the error, no correction was made, and she told me there would be a follow up call, which I have never received. I have been patient, but by now realized they probably have no intention to give me missing points. The bank does not meet the industry standard, especially customer service. Huntington Bank offered me a standby cash line of credit, which I took by applying. At first I was happy with the standby cash line of credit, after a while I became unhappy with the standby cash line of credit. Huntington Bank started to change the terms of the standby cash line credit that they give me every month, and are still change the terms all the time.
