I am home sick with Covid seen my account went negative on 3/19/2021 I had made a deposit of cash in atm on 3/19/2021 and still was charged 2 overdraft fees. Because they have reversed some in past they are refusing to take care of anymore. I am currently not working and cannot leave home because of the virus definitely thought they would be a little more willing to work with long term customers!
0 customer service!!! 2 to 3 days for a call back and the branch won't pick up phone. i've had fraudulent charges on my card weeks to get fixed. can not get a person on phone must go to a branch. this bank has a worst customer service than a cable!

This bank is not customer friendly as it states it is. I have a vehicle financed through them. Due to changes in circumstances and I'm sure alot of other people's due to covid I tried to refinance not once but twice. Turned down both times. I am paying them $420.00 a month and just wanted to lower my payment around $100.00. Thanks Huntington for your Customer not so Friendly service. How does a company with over 500 complaints in three years have an A+ rating on BBB? This is a joke of a company with no customer service and absolutely should not be managing money.

If you need open communication with your lender DO NOT use this bank. They will communicate only with you through the mail. Every time I try to reach an actual person on the phone I’m on hold over and hour and then the phone hangs up. My car has been paid off a month and I still have not received my title and I can’t reach anyone to ask about it.

We put our mortgage loan in forbearance in early 2020. After a few months we realized we could start making payments with the first one beginning in August 2020. I was advised the past due payments would be put to the back of the loan and to wait for a form to be mailed to us. The form took well over 6 weeks to arrive. Once we received the form for the modification, we had it notarized and immediately sent back. It is 6 months later and our mortgage still shows past due. Pathetic. 2 weeks and still no lien release

Sent first lien release to a third party that has nothing to do with the lien. They still haven't received it after a week and a half. After calling Huntington, they claim to have sent a second lien release to me. After a week, I still have not received this one either. The new buyer and myself, have been waiting forc2 week's, unable to do anything without a lien release. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HUNTINGTON AGSIN
If I could give zero stars I would! We purchased a boat from someone who had financed through Huntington Bank. My bank has contacted them, paid off the loan in full, and more than a month later they still haven't sent the lien release paperwork so I can get the boat titled/licensed. I've called them on several occasions, the previous boat owner has called them, even my bank has called them - it's disgraceful.
