I personally wouldn't even give it one star but I have to to leave this review I have tried for five days five consecutive days to just update my phone number so I can use their online banking I even drove to the branch to update my account and they still f*** it up worst bank in America 10,000% going to Chase or fifth third some other bank other than this piece of ****

I've been with Huntington for about 20 years and when my card broke in half they said the new one would come in 3 to 5 business days... well it's been 3 weeks now!!! I'm done! Closing my account tomorrow and putting my money in a different bank!!! Also be careful if you get a checking and savings account with them!!! I had a joint savings account with my fiance but separate checking accounts and put $3000 into the savings... well apparently they take your money out of your savings account without ever telling you so he spent... read more

I had a car loan with Huntington National Bank, and I paid off my car with a final payment In September 2020. I was told that the title for the vehicle would be sent to my address but they sent it elsewhere. Late in October after not receiving my title I followed up with bank to see what was going on. I was told that the title was sent to the wrong address and that all they could do was to send a lien release which they did. This made me very unhappy because it required me to purchase another title along with the inconvenien... read more

Beware of using TCF for a rep-payee account. They allow the vulnerable access to the rep-payee account to withdraw on without authorization and refuse to reimburse the funds when they allowed it to happen. Shame on them for not protecting the vulnerable!

Worst experience vehicle loan.Weeks to have payment processed they blame on mail,covid, never them never finance thru them find another source beware...avoid a all cost would pay higher interest for better service.

Abysmal customer service. I started receiving suspicious alerts indicating that someone was attempting to log into my account. I called well before their customer service line closed and waited for a considerable amount of time. Once I finally reached someone shortly after their closing time of 7pm EST, they deliberately "transferred me" back to the customer service line to avoid investigating. They could have taken the simple steps of noting my concerns and forwarded it to the fraud department. After looking at other review... read more

Horrible! I closed my account back in June 2020 and I still have not received a check for the balance and its almost December. I've called every month since June. They give me a BS answer, put me on hold, no resolution. I can't go in person because I work during the day and these Covid restrictions making it even harder. I don't care if I have just a penny left in my account, you do not have right to it!

I requested a new PIN for my debt card because when they switched to a 4 number pin, it never registered it so I was unable to use my card. The same day I requested specific statements and copies of specific checks needed ASAP for my landlord otherwise face eviction. I took 35 days just to decide to gather statements and get them sent. It took ANOTHER 10 days to receive them. It is currently 2.5 MONTHS and still NO temp PIN number sent to me.
