I believe they do have kind people, just not so much at the drive-through location in Hart MI. Today, I was skipped for the third (or fourth but last) time and decided to drive over to the walk-in and close my account. Probably should acknowledge the people as they arrive, Not As YOU See Fit. Nationality shouldn't matter if that is your problem ladies. Stay Blessed
very kind people. and they helped faster than expected. the lady that helped me open my account was fast and efficient i think her name was taby she was empathetic understanding that I had my son with me and he was very impatient. god bless her and her family and everyone there.

How is it possible that by having an expired ID I’m unable to withdraw money out of my own account when a few weeks ago I was able to withdraw without a problem? If I’m unable to withdraw from my account with an expired ID why should I be allowed to deposit with that same expired ID? Make that make sense! Since the white folks can’t recognize a Hispanic like me maybe the other Hispanic lady’s can! I felt that offensive. Thanks to the elderly teller with short hair and glasses that was their today!
