--Extremely Disappointed and Deeply Concerned -- An employee at this branch — who I sincerely hope is no longer with Huntington — allowed someone who had stolen my ID to fraudulently withdraw $1,500 from my account after I had already placed a hold on my card for theft. The fact that this was even possible is alarming, but the aftermath was just as frustrating. Trying to get help from Huntington was an absolute nightmare. 7/10 times I try to make a deposit after close the drive thru atm will not accept deposits. The one at the front will spread the bills apart, claims your money is unreadable and doesn't spit back everything you put in. The actual employees are generally very nice if you can get there during business hours
Worthless Rude employees at this branch, Huntingtonhas gotten to big and stop caringabout there customers. Mainly Ben. I will be changing banks
Will not give extra withdraw deposit slips so you have to wait extra time in line at the drive thru. Total inconvenience!! Poor customer service for Ravenna location. Don’t have this problem at portage community bank.
