7/10 times I try to make a deposit after close the drive thru atm will not accept deposits. The one at the front will spread the bills apart, claims your money is unreadable and doesn't spit back everything you put in. The actual employees are generally very nice if you can get there during business hours
Worthless Rude employees at this branch, Huntingtonhas gotten to big and stop caringabout there customers. Mainly Ben. I will be changing banks
Will not give extra withdraw deposit slips so you have to wait extra time in line at the drive thru. Total inconvenience!! Poor customer service for Ravenna location. Don’t have this problem at portage community bank.
Only have gone to this one twice i believe, months apart, and they always have a broken atm in the drive through. Forcing their customers to go to walk up one in the winter. And others also want to use it so there's always a line at this walk up one. Update, last time I went, it was fixed
