I am so pleased with this group; they always take me on time or pretty close to time. Everyone is so nice and efficient. I have nothing bad to say about service or people. Going to the dentist is certainly not my favorite thing to do but I have to say this group makes it as pleasant as it can possibly be.
My experience with Hunting Hills Family Dentistry was a good because Dr. Hunter was pleasant and he had excellent bedside manner! He took time to explain what I needed to hear. Annie is my dental hygienist, she is SUPER!!! I love her personality! She and I click. She is gentle as she cleans your teeth etc. I look forward to having her assisting me. Thank you!!!!
Last week I was in horrible pain. I thought it was issues with a took recently filled. They worked me in using the emergency chair. Very quickly Dr. Simpson realized it was not the tooth just filled but the one behind it. He very quickly and painlessly relieved the situation for me. They are the best in Roanoke.
I had the first part of my tooth implant procedure yesterday performed by Dr. Hunter. I won't pretend I was not a little anxious. Little did I know what capable hands I would be in. Not only was Dr. Hunter professional and competent ,but he was also kind and considerate. I did not experience ANY pain from start to finish. I was so grateful and surprised. Suffering from severe dental anxiety, I had put off making an appointment for a crown. I finally got up my nerve and was very pleased with Dr. Smith and Zach. Both were so kind and understanding and were very attentive to my comfort. It’s no fun having dental anxiety but it really helps to find dental professionals who care and don’t think less of you for something you can’t help.
Yesterday was my 5 year old daughters first time in this office and everyone was great. Bria was fun, careful and patient with my little one. We will definitely be back on a regular schedule now. Thank you so much!
Dr. Smith and his assistances are outstanding. I always feel like I am the only patient he is taking care of. The staff always makes you feel comfortable and special. I would recommend Dr. Smith and his staff to anyone that needs dental care.
I can never say enough great things about my experiences at Hunting Hills. I have always received exceptional care from Dr. Smith, and I have been with the practice for several years. I’ve also had wonderful care from the other dentists when needing different procedures. I actually look forward to visiting with Annie, my hygienist, whom I can’t say enough good things about.
