My first visit was great! All staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet.
I've always been terrified of dental visits the injections are so painful and my teeth are weak so when I go I usually have at least one cavity I've had extractions and surgical procedures done I just very bad experiences. I felt surprisingly comfortable both having my teeth cleaned and the consultation with dr. Banks. Because of my comfort level I think I will be okay with the work I need to have done on my teeth
I have lived in more places than anyone I know. Having moved 27 times across America and in other countries, I say in no uncertain terms that my experience at HHFD stands head and shoulders above what I expected, based on past experiences and experiences with most other entities I have encountered since I moved back to the Roanoke area.
He loved that the hygienist took his plethora of questions seriously and answered them in detail. He liked being shown on the monitors what was happening in his mouth. My hygienist was very thorough in explaining what she was doing as well. I feel liked she really took her time on the cleaning. My only complaint was the new patient paperwork felt excessive.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences here. The people are friendly, and are very good about answering any questions you may have. I feel like they appreciate their patients .This is the first place that I have not dreaded going to a dentist. I recommend them highly.
