Dr. Banks has been the 1st dentist that I have seen in the past 10 yrs or more, who finally says that he can do what I've always hoped could be done for my tooth. I'm happy that I came in for a free consultation & I'm switching to this practice & I've bought the in-house insurance, too.
I have always received professional and courteous treatment at Hunting Hills Dentistry. So my last visit with a cracked molar was stress free. Dawn helped me getting a clear x-ray of my left lower back molar. I have a bad gag reflex and Dawn had a couple tricks to help with the x-ray. Dr.Banks looked over the situation and assured me the molar was still good and a crown would fix the problem. Thank you Ron Zakarzewski
I had an implant break and, being new to Roanoke, did not yet have a local dentist. Finding one with a reasonable appointment opening was impossible until I found a copy of Roanoke Dentists featuring Hunting Hills Family Dentistry. They fit me right in, figured out what was needed to re-install my tooth, and got me (and my tooth) in a short time. Very considerate and competent!
I was impressed with the relaxed environment and excellent customer service. Everyone there makes you feel special and a part of your dental plan of care. Kudos to Dr. Oliver and Brie. Hoping my second follow up visit goes as well! Being a very nervous patient, the heated massage chair and small screen TV (which serves as a X-ray viewer to review your dental x-rays with the Dr.)was a really nice feature.
I've always had a good experience going to the dentist. The staff are friendly and willing to take time to explain what is being done. Your comfort is a priority...like TV on or off. I love the goodie-bag you get sent home with. They will tailor it to your liking. Thanks...see you in 6 months!!! :)
The staff was very attentive, the office is comfortable and Dr. Hunter Simpson was professional and seems very capable. I look forward to a new relationship with Hunting Hills Dentistry.
I enjoy taking care of myself and I really enjoy my visits at the Hunting Hills Family Dentistry. My dental hygienist is always so pleasant to talk with and she makes me feel comfortable with my dental care plans. The doctors are very kind as well as all of the staff in-between. Their office dental plan is a great feature for clients like myself without their own dental insurance.
