Editing to include a response to the reply: Unfortunately we had a very poor experience in working with Rick as a selling agent for a piece of property we were trying to purchase. He was deceptive and not forthcoming about information. I would not recommend working with him. Our offer was never responded to, after about 2 weeks, and we were informed that another had not existed only to find out that was not the case.
I have had the privilege to work with Rick over the past 10 years on buying and selling hunting properties. He has delivered for me every single time weather buying or selling. This last time around he sold my property in 1 week with multiple offers at and above list price. Not only is Rick a great realtor but he is a great guy. You will not be disappointed when working with him.
Rick was outstanding and showed us many properties that fit our interests. He was available when we needed him and enjoyed walking property with us. In the end he hooked us up with exactly what we wanted! I feel as if we made a friend through our land hunting experience. Highly recommended!!!!
Aside from obviously being a knowledgeable realtor & outdoorsman, Rick is first & foremost a really good guy, whose kindness and down to earth personality are genuine. I never felt like I was dealing with a "salesman". He was more of a counselor, a 9:30pm comforter, and a big Brother, who just happens to move land for a living!
