Recently had a procedure at this location. The staff was very friendly during pre-op while reviewing medical history. Now after the surgery, they won't return a phone call or discuss an allergic reaction that occurred in relation to a substance they used before surgery. There was a lengthy discussion during pre-op about this allergy. Now a week later I have had to take a daily dose of Benadryl and left multiple messages. I am so thankful this wasn't a life threatening allergy. Don't choose this surgery center.
I can’t begin to tell you how professional the entire staff was. Even the check in lady came back to my room to check in on me. Super clean and well staffed. The anesthesiologist was super nice too although I can’t remember his name lol. I will always from now on schedule my appointments here. My MD was wonderful she is fantastic! I can’t brag enough about this place.
Extremely professional and nice. I worked in a surgery center in FL. for 10 years and I have to say Huntersville Surgery Center rates a 10 being the best. Would recommend highly.
