This company serviced my system in the winter to Winterize with no consequence, but when I tried to get their help this spring season things went awry. I phoned in on Monday the 30th of March in 2026 to ask his company if they would in fact be at the home to turn my system back on ( I spoke to a young lady). Thinking about calling other irrigation companies? Todd saved the day!!!!! We had an issue with our irrigation where water had been dumping into our yard all day, of course on. Sunday. I had frantically called multiple places all giving robot answers or getting voicemails. Todd answered and walked me through steps to mitigate the immediate issue and got me on the schedule for repair in the next few days. Beware!! I called Hunterville Irrigation for service but a guy with another irrigation company came during my scheduled appt time. He and I discussed the issue and he said he would run a diagnostic to make certain it was a valve. He also made mention that a line likely needed to be capped. I showed him all the valve boxes, water shut off etc and told him I would be inside the house if he needed anything. About an hour later they are gone and tonight I find a bill in my mailbox. We moved into a home with an irrigation system which ended up having several leaks and broken valves. Huntersville irrigation was able to come out, assess the system and repair in one day! They were easy to work with, priced very reasonably. The technician, David, was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain everything to us. Thanks so much for getting our irrigation going again!
