Dr. Bryant was one of the most unprofessional doctors I have EVER encountered hands down. My fiance was in a car accident 2 days ago where he lost consciousness due to his blood pressure medicine not being filled by his primary care physician (that’s a whole different story.) He collapsed this morning which he was unresponsive and purple so I called 911. I brought him in to get checked out, we were brought back very quickly which was great. Me and my daughter have been here 4/19/24 for 10 hours and still have not been seen. She is pregnant and has been having some complications that her doctor felt that needed additional observation or checking out, so she called the hospital and told them that she would be coming right over. She was sent over at 9:40 am, it is currently 8:15pm and she still has not been down for an Ultrasound! We asked the doctor if we could just go home and come back tomorrow or when it's less busy. I entire surgery team that work with Dr Palin for gallbladder surgery I highly recommend they are full of manners great customer services did not haggle you about a payment treat you with dignity and respect was old school according to my needs when explaining the process and provided encouragement humor and knowledge about the process and procedure every step of the way. Took my 88-year-old mother there last Thursday night for very high blood pressure. Walked in the door at 9pm. We were checked in by 9:17 and not too long after that they took her vital signs and a blood sample. She was taken out of the waiting room back to an ER room at 11pm. That was quicker than I expected, but what surprised me was how very nice and professional everyone there was. From the people at the front desk to the nurses as well as the doctors.
