I love my apartment I am thankful for the maintenance team at Hunters Way they always take care of my work orders quick. For a little old lady it makes my day.

Been here for almost a year We are very happy with our townhome here. We can't hear any noise from the loop when inside and we'll insulated. The office staff have always been nice and helpful to any concerns or questions we have. The maintenance in time will resolve any issues we have. We know they have a lot of apartments to deal with and we understand there is priority in what gets done first, but any issues we have had was fixed. Horrible and lazy management Avoid this place at all cost! My girlfriend had a lease here and after a DEAD BODY was discovered in the apartment next to hers(sharing a wall with her 4 year old daughters room) she tried to get out of the lease. She attempted to do it the right way and pay the buyout fee, however they told her to cancel her notice so they could get someone else to sign a lease for her apartment at the rate they were charging her (about $100 less than the current rate) However every time someone contacted the co... read more

Recommend living here! I have loved living here as a resident, Shelbie helped me to apply and I was one of her first residents to movie in! She is nice! Taylor always helps me when I come in and answers my questions everyone is super kind, I recommend living here!

LOVED HERE Hunter's way is a quiet residence. Well kept interiors and exteriors. Maintenance and all staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a good place to live.
