My mother is the apartment manager, and the grass has NEVER been "about up to your knees" her and the mantience worker, keeps the grounds kept up, always. And applying for walls to be painted, new carpet, things like that has to go through her bosses. :) thanks.

I have a friend who has lived in these apartments for the past eighteen years and to date the walls have never been painted since she moved in, eighteen years dont you think its about time they were painted. The yard has not been mowed in a while for the grass is about up to your knees. I need someone to let me know who owns this place of business.
