Realtor for this company, Shevon Johnson, has communication issues and very unprofessional. She doesn't send any recommendations for viewing, she was late more than prompt for appointments. She doesn't set up viewings desired, always questioning the client's affordability. She's available at times but she will send an unfamiliar person to show properties or send lockbox code to enter on your own. I would give zero (0) stars if I could. I had a contract with Realtor Gloria Simpson to rent out my house. Her managing broker is Cedrick Hunter. They gave me clients to choose from that wasn't vetted. All of the clients information, name ,ss#, driver's license etc was fake. I have an imposter. A convicted felon living in my house, refusing to pay the 1st month rent and probably destroying it. They have a dog and a house full of occupants that weren't listed on the lease.
