Office staff is unprofessional and more interested in charging fees and taking selfies than working with residents. Find a different company, the people behind this place are terrible.

I've enjoyed my almost three years in my townhome. All issues are taken care of quickly. My granddaughter and I have enjoyed the many planned activities available throughout the year.

Everyone here is super friendly, including my neighbors. The grounds are well kept, and my favorite part of living here is the green space and ponds behind the buildings. The complex often puts on events for residents, which are generally very fun and family friendly. The maintenance team always works in a timely fashion. And my apartment search was made even more pleasant by the wonderful office staff at HP. I love living here!

Hunter's Pointe is the best managed apartment complex that I have ever had the pleasure of living at. They make life super easy here with speedy maintenance and on call issues. I have a busy lifestyle in addition to young children and they make our townhouse a home. I do not have to stress about repairs because they take care of it. I have lived in their apartments as well and had the same positive experience.
