Absolutely terrible! HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! I had a broken stove for the entire 12 months I lived there, the handle on the kitchen sink fell off and the freezer constantly made a loud noise. A maintenance man lived in my building and I still couldn't get anything fixed. I bought and installed my own ceiling fans, because the a/c didn't work correctly.
