old fashion customer service! The Do it yourself Pet wash, was great. The place is clean and smells good. The products they use are safe and plentiful. Even the towels are bright white. My wife and I bathe our dogs ourselves uninterrupted, we took our time. The Hunters were there to give us more towels when we needed. We made a mess and did not have to clean up. We have told all our friends at the dog park about this wonderful place

WE LOVE HUNTERS! our dog does too! Wanted to express how pleased we are with Hunters, the doggy day care, DIY washing facility, and the grooming! I had to respond based on the previous review. The owners are just being cautious - they just want to make sure that the 1st timers become familiar with everything. My daughter has a blast each time we take our dog (35 pound beagle/jack russell) there, for the DIY. So, so We decided to try out their new digs for "do it yourself" doggy bathing. The premises where very clean and smelled great, liked the bathing area. Not too impressed with the owners. They did not leave us alone for one minute (while bathing our dogs). Maybe they though we were going to steal the shampoo?? And, we are 2 middle age Smyrna residents and not very scary looking! Just didn't get a good feeling, don't think we will be returning anytime soon...
