The building itself is not bad. The front desk staff and on-site manager are excellent, friendly, and responsive. However, there were multiple issues with renting here, especially with the property management company (Venture, as of July 2025), that have prompted me to write this review, which I have never had to do for any other apartment I've rented. Our server, Vera, was very nice & always checking on us. The food was amazing!
I love the location—it's so convenient, and the neighborhood is awesome. The front desk staff are superb. Management, Nallia, is non-responsive until it’s time to renew your lease. The amenities are outdated and need to be replaced. I have been here one year and lately my apartment has become infested with roaches, the pest exterminator comes frequently and it is not working. I am traumatized. I hate roaches. I’m a very clean person and have never experienced having a pest control issue even when living in cheaper apartments... read more
