I needed an engraved band, and a ring resized... I shot them an email and got a prompt response. I made my order via the mail and also had sent out the the ring I needed resized. They are so courteous and professional and kind. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I felt secure in sending them my valuable rings. It all took about a week (sending them the ring, getting the work done on both of the rings and getting the shipment back to my house). Again, I would do it again in a heartbeat. The rings are beautiful! Thank you!
My wife really liked their service and appreciates that it is a family owned business.
