Dr Tai Phan is a miracle worker. He has successfully removed skin cancers that were located in tricky, and obvious locations. The end results are as good as new. Thank you
Dr Linda Chan has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She always takes the time to explain everything very clearly. Nurse Hana was also lovely to deal with - highly recommended :)
One thing that genuinely puts me off returning to this clinic is the consistently rude behaviour of one particular receptionist, Jane. Her tone is often abrupt and dismissive, and she frequently mumbles to herself, which makes interactions uncomfortable. Booking appointments with her causes me anxiety and leaves a very poor first impression of the clinic. Great experience with Dr Linda Chan. Very friendly, thorough, excellent doctor. A nice clinic with lovely receptionists.

From the outset, his assessment was both honest and sobering—delivered with the kind of clarity that inspires confidence. He promptly scheduled me for MOHS surgery, which was successfully completed within two weeks.
