Went to Hunters Headquarters II for the first time today. Went there looking for a specific rifle but they didn’t have it available but was going to have it next week. Got to take advantage of the tax free month and the whole transaction was smooth and super smooth. The employees there were all super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new firearm or bow set up to visit here. It was worth the hour drive.
I bought a trail camera from there a couple months ago.Quit working and they stood by it and refunded my money.Stand up business.
I have purchased and traded guns there. Always felt like I got a fair deal. The people were nice and friendly and also had product knowledge.
Very knowledgeable,helpful and experienced, Tyler and buddy were very helpful tuned my bow for me sighted me in and added a pep site. Very friendly when entering store and it’s so hard to walk out not buying something, 10+stars for the store and team.
great advice and help for a inexperienced electronics user who is not very sonar savvy. they helped me make the right decision on which unit to purchase and also gave me a great price aswell. now I soon will be back there to get another lowerance unit for the front of my boat.
I have bought 2 bows from there now, most recent one today and Greg always does great getting them setup and ready to go in quick manner def will be back
Learn to know their facts. I bought an item the "owner" told me it had a $100.00 rebate. When I called the company they said not that model. HH gave me a $ 50.00 gift card for "their" store. Now I do not trust them.
The worst experience ever while looking for information and to purchase a gun. While inquiring about different guns there was a jerk sitting at the counter belittling me and my choices of potential guns. The snarky remarks were not necessary as I had narrowed down to 2.
