Had to live in 94 degrees The worst apartment complex in terms of service in Columbia area. Two days have gone without the a/c getting fixed after calling them 10 times and them falsely assuring that someone is coming to fix it. That was not an on time thing either. Maintenance issues take weeks to get properly resolved whether it's emergency or not.
Manage Management is very unprofessional on site (Amy). She has a very nasty attitude. Powers properties in Florence over look your complaints for management on site @ hunters green. The apartments are nice it's just management and if the make people pick up the dog poop it would be appreciated. They need management with a better attitude. She lied and said I cursed her out. Huntergreen apartments Hello I have been living in these apartments For year with my husband . I enjoy living her e because of price and the living environment . is stay in a row bedroom apartment and two bath. Also we have a pool out here I would love to win this money to help out for paying rent for some months .
