Just moved here and love it ! The staff is so polite and helpful. We couldn't be happier with our decision to move here.
Parking is a huge pain in the butt. They don’t have any guest parking at all so you have to park in the street which people knock mirrors off all the time The only street parking is pretty far from my building so whenever I had guests over They had to park over there and walk over my place. I was stuck parking on the street about a month when I first arrived because They needed car registration For a parking pass and a temporary registration wouldn’t work. U want me to speak ok. I injured in your apartment complex and you so selfish refuse to send me for medical treatments ok u still can’t get the paint for the ceiling? SMH and someone keeps on forcing the main door building unlocked all night ain’t safe at all
The staff at elmwood terrace is very friendly and helpful,Lauren walked us through the hole process step by step,very helpful with the dog process as well,when Lauren was busy brian was able to help us with a few questions that we had...The hole staff there is awesome highly recommend.
