Nice place n good maintenance ... public park near by...
I don't know what other people talk about on here that are angry or have had issues with employees. We've lived here since Sept and I have no complaints whatsoever except I wish we had an updated unit, other than that, all employees have been friendly and super helpful, the maintenance guys are outstanding and trustworthy, friendly as anything and wave and say hello every time I'm out walking the dog. Our service requests and taken quickly and always when it works well with my crazy work schedule as well.
@HuntersGlen it's a great place to live. The neighbors are good people and when I need to open a service request I receive a prompt solution.
Maintenance sucked at first but has improved and the pools are nice even though I got 2 in my gym for the winter but are useful in the summer
If I could give this place 0 stars I would for the treatment of their residents. We lived here for almost a year. The one time I submitted a service request about our stove not being able to turn off, the woman on the service line laughed at me. Guess it's how they run their business, no ethics. If it's not their house, they don't care. Some "complex" or "neighborhood". when asking to move out due to a job location change, we asked if we would be penalized for an early termination fee. We've been living @Hunters Glen since 2011 and we can say with confidence that HG has come a long way in terms of customer service. I've always got attention and prompt response to any Service Requests that I raised from resident portal. Definitely there could be improvements but that's true for any community. What matters most to us is that Sheri Fevlo and team are doing excellent job to continuously improving to make our stay a wonderful one. Thanks a lot Sheri and Team�!
