I do not live here but our friend does the area looks very clean and well kept maintenance seems to be on the job daily it's in a very good location... I have never seen or had any bad experience is here yet. As far as the prices for the units they may be a little bit pricey but that's what you pay for better living conditions in a better location... This is conveniently located two blocks south of HyVee off of battlefield... It is in a very clean area... And Hy-Vee although a little bit pricey is very close and convenient.
The worst management ever. They make up ways to scam residents out of money, and do not keep basic maintenance of almost anything up. Laura is a horrible manager and person.
