On 9/24/2020 approximately 9am. I took my 4runner in for an alignment since the suv got lifted. I understand people make mistakes, but leaving a bolt not torqued, and or not tight at all is extremely detrimental to the work that was provided. After all, there is literally ONLY 4 BOLTS total to doing a proper alignment. How they forgot to ensure the bolts not tight is beyond my mind capacity. I work on vehicles and build them. RecommendedI had a Saturday morning appt @ 8am...i was there @ 7:57am...they were finished less than a hour. They handed my keys back at 8:42am. I had a new Stabilizer put on my jeep...👍👍💯💯
