Ive lived here 3 months, still waiting on a door and new lock. There is 0 weather stripping through the home. One of the worst looking "landlord specials" when it comes to painting. The wood on the balcony is nothing but cardboard at this point. Nothing here is worth the 850-900 a month rent. Look somewhere else. I looked at a different unit before moving in and regretted everything since.
Haven’t had a very good experience. Multiple things have gone wrong here. Wasn’t handled very professionally. Multiple times we have sent in maintenance request and it took a months or was never handled. Buildings aren’t great shape either.
I really enjoy living here!
The Shelby is terrible. The temperature of the water will change without you even touching the knob due to other people using the water so you never know what temperature your water is. I have a hole in my ceiling that has never been fixed in the year and a half that I've been here cause they never do anything that they should be doing to fix the place around you my air conditioning is off by 5° my front door 2 hands just to open it instead of one hand because they didn't measure the door right.
