This has been our go-to processor for many years. Whenever someone ask for recommendation, I always tell them about Hunters Creek on Hwy 183 in Liberty Hill. Great group of guys that work there! The meat order never disappoints!
One of the best processors you’ll find anywhere. Excellent customer service, clean facility, good turnaround time, reasonably priced, lots of great options on their cut sheet. I took a bull nilgai in south Texas in Feb 2025. I live in Colorado, but based on a local recommendation I drove it all the way to Hunters Creek to process.
