I contacted this business to place an order for a specific rose bouquet, but was informed that it was too late to place the order, which I understand. Unfortunately, the customer service I received during the call was very poor. The representative I spoke with was rude, sounded rushed, and displayed an unprofessional attitude. I did not feel valued as a customer and was offered no alternative options or assistance. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.
My daughter ordered a Christmas table decoration for me. The flowers and arrangement were lovely, but it clearly stated on the note that delivery was to be made on December 23rd. Instead, they delivered them on 21st - 4 days before Christmas. Not great customer service.
They were very nice. I went in and told them what I needed the flowers for and they made some great suggestions.
