The model apartment is beautiful and beautifully kept it is the only apartment you are shown. I noticed the pictures online only seem to come from that one well kept model apartment. This was to be my first place, and I'm sure they took advantage. I was only shown a model apartment and floor plan to be like my future apartment and not allowed to see mine prior to move in. Arielle has been one of the few bright spots in my experience here. She’s professional, responsive, and genuinely tries to help residents when issues come up. You can tell she actually cares and does her best to communicate and find solutions, which makes a big difference. If you need any problem fixed, I definitely recommend you go to her!!
