Horrible customer service. Absolutely zero professionalism from the start, he did not charge me for checking my vehicle out but it also took him 2 weeks and from his view my BMW should be scrapped. I would never recommend this shop. It’s clear he's over being a mechanic and should retire.
Dave took way longer by about two hours than I was told, to have my car repaired. He also hit on me while eating a Burger King whopper which wasted about 10 - 15 minutes of my car being fixed. I would not trust this mechanic with your car, wife or even husband. Lunch break should also be a designated time. I should have NOT had to witness a man spill a burger all over himself.
Whoever was driving the company truck on August 3 around 1pm in North Bay is a real jerk. Cut us off
