We always have had such a positive experience with Flemington and Clinton offices but I wanted to send a special shout out to the Clinton office! Last week we had a small emergency that needed attention so I made an appointment to go to Clinton to see Dr. Slavin. I had an issue with childcare that morning that required me to take all 5 of my kids to this appointment so I was so nervous and filled with anxiety to even go to the appointment. First this review is not reflective of the doctors we LOVE them all, and unfortunately I will most likely be changing practices because I have just lost my patience. You can never get someone to answer the phone to make appointments, if you have one kid it may not annoy you as much but I have 4 under the age of 6, one being an infant so I need to make a lot of appointments. So disappointed. Here are the hoops you have to jump through to schedule a simple wellness visit: change the PCP on the kids insurance cards to a hunterdon pediatric doctor, fill out a medical release form and send it to your kids previous pediatricians, so that they may fax their records to hunterdon pediatrics. Hunterdon pediatric associates will not schedule anything until they have this from your kids previous doctors. Let me start off by saying Dr. Slavin is the best! We’re so happy we found him after moving to this area. My husband and I are first time parents and Dr. Slavin has made each visit so pleasant and enjoyable. He’s so caring and patience with us that we love going to our baby’s routine visit, they’re all like little mini dates. Love the Dr. Slavin and the nurses.
