In a word, incompetent would be my description of the service at this place. Test drove, said I’ll take it, negotiated a price, agreed, all done went to do the paper work and Mark the salesman had to make a call with the boss who we had already negotiated with. Came back to say I can’t have the car his boss has already sold it to a friend. It was on the website and in the building as still for sale. Waste of an hour and half of my time.
