due to my own procrastination, I had not been in the office for over a year, when I did send a request for an appointment, I was set up within a week. I was greeted & made to feel I am a valuable client with no reference to the trouble I caused by missing my appointments the previous year. My hygienist, Heather was quick with my x-rays & gentle but thorough with my cleaning.
